LiftMaster RSW12UL 12VDC Residential Swing Gate Operator

The LiftMaster RSW12UL is a Residential DC pad mount gate operator that is battery run. It is appropriate for use on residential swing gate applications; both single and dual and supports wireless dual gate communication. The LiftMaster RSW12UL supports gates that do not exceed 6 ft at 1000 lbs. It also supports sites that require 115VAC, or solar power 30 watts (MAX).

The LiftMaster RSW12UL uses Security+ 2.0™ radio technology that has twice the range of standard radio technology. It also features MyQ® Technology, providing the ability to remotely monitor and activate the gate via Internet-enabled mobile phones and computers. 

The LiftMaster RSW12UL has a 3 year Limited Warranty. This model is 2018 UL325 compliant for class I,II.
