Eric made sure I was getting the right operator and then he followed it all the way thru processing and being loaded onto fedex at which time he set it up where they too called me to schedule delivery….Thats freaking awesome!!! Being that I was on phone Wednesday afternoon early evening fixing something I entered incorrectly and California to St. Louis and I got it Friday morning WAY 2 GO ERIC And AFFORDABLE grand slam !!!!
