The PA1220 keypad/Card Reader combo unit is designed for operation with Platinum Access control systems. This keypad/card reader unit is housed in a powder coated, metal enclosure with a stainless steel front panel. The keys have bright, easy-to-read graphics. Each key has a positive, tactile “click” feel when pressed. This keypad/Card reader unit can be mounted to a pedestal, or directly to a wall. A key-Lock secures the keypad/Card reader unit to the mounting plate. An incandescent panel lamp lights the Keypad for night time use. Red, green, and yellow indicator LED’s show power, access, and lockout conditions. The Keypad/Card reader unit is powered from a 9-24 VDC power supply. It also contains a backup battery to keep the keypad working when AC power is not available.
