I was looking for a very specific v-grove wheel and spoke with one the sales folks about it. I thought the set I ordered from Affordable Openers was what I needed. Unfortunately, they weren’t. But I was able to get a prompt refund. This tells me a lot about a company and if I ever need any of their products I’ll be sure to give them a call

Joe, The sales rep was great to talk to. He was very exceptional in his knowledge of the product. I ordered that morning and it was shipped later that afternoon, exceptionally good service.
