Purchasing a gate opener and installing it ourselves showed us what an exceptional company Affordable Openers is. Facing all the steps and the many parts to assemble made us very wary of launching into the project. But Joe in sales and customer service was so encouraging and knowledgeable that we decide to go ahead. It did turn out to be quite an effort, especially dealing with some difficulties our gate presented. But Joe was an absolute savior. We were so thankful and impressed by his patience, knowledge, and unconditional willingness to help. No other customer service person has ever matched Joe in our long experience with DIY projects. If you need an opener, you can't go wrong with this company. Just make sure that you talk to Joe if you need advice or help.

Customer service was outstanding! After leaving a voice message on their 800 number. I actually got a phone call back within 10 minutes! They confirmed my online order was received and assured me it would be out in an overnight for the next day delivery and I received my package at 10 o'clock the next morning. They exceeded my expectations and I will order from them again.

IRB-MON PHOTOEYE OVERVIEW
The IRB-MON is a monitored, weather-proof, thru beam infrared photoeye solution providing entrapment protection for doors, gates and barriers. The IRB-MON Safety Photo Beam is UL325-2018 compliant and housed in a rugged NEMA 4X enclosure suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
This universal UL325 thru beam photoeye can be used with a wide variety of monitored operators. Additionally, the IRB-MON photoeye is compatible with most non-monitored legacy products. Its robust construction minimizes fogging and false triggering to provide easy alignment.
