DKS DoorKing 1625-530 Wedge Plate Weld Right 7ft has 22 anchor points for surface-mounted posts that provide 16 anchor points each. The wedge plate is designed to be used with the 1602-590 operator and is ideal for applications that require vehicle traffic control but don't want to use bollards, wedges, or crash beams. This makes it a good choice for apartment communities, gated condominiums, car rental agencies, parking lots, and toll booths.
The 1625 wedge plate is built with 1/2" (12.7mm) epoxy anchors plates and is certified to ASTM F2656-20. A vehicle weighing 5,070 lb traveling at 30 mph will not shear or budge the 1625 wedge on direct impact, but it should not be used in areas subject to freezing weather with the potential for snow and ice accumulation.
